For our Foundation course, no prior analytics experience is necessary. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheet applications are helpful but not required. The Advanced Statistical Analysis course is designed for those who have completed our Foundation program or possess equivalent knowledge in basic statistics and data manipulation. The Business Intelligence course requires understanding of data concepts covered in the Foundation program.

Each course combines instructor-led sessions with practical exercises. Classes meet twice weekly for 3-hour sessions, either on weekday evenings (7 PM - 10 PM) or weekend afternoons (2 PM - 5 PM). All sessions are conducted in-person at our Robinson Road facility, providing access to dedicated workstations and collaboration spaces. Course materials, datasets, and recorded session highlights are available through our online learning platform.

The Foundation course covers Microsoft Excel, SQL, and basic Python libraries. Advanced Statistical Analysis focuses on R and Python with libraries including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn. The Business Intelligence course provides comprehensive training in Tableau Desktop, Microsoft Power BI, and Google Data Studio. All necessary software licenses for the duration of your course are included in your tuition fee.

Yes, we offer flexible payment arrangements. You can pay the full tuition upfront or opt for an installment plan with three equal payments spread across the course duration. The first installment is due upon enrollment, with subsequent payments at the start of weeks 4 and 8. We also work with SkillsFuture Singapore, and eligible participants can use their SkillsFuture credits toward course fees.

Graduates receive lifetime access to our learning platform, including updated course materials and new resource additions. We host quarterly alumni networking events and maintain an active online community where students can seek advice and share opportunities. Our instructors are available for email consultations for up to six months post-completion to help with specific questions as you apply your new skills professionally.
